Miscellaneous Updates

Hey everybody, (Is that getting old? =P)

Just wanted to post a few updates...

First off, Steve is on vacation, and madly at work coding the next iteration of Michelle for Windows Vista / 7... Due to complications with XP SP3, we've decided not to implement the latest and greatest desk top replacement for XP (Thanks Microsoft, cause it works fine in XP, XP SP1 & XP SP2, just not XP SP3).

Secondly, on my mad search to find out about the ownership of the original BRIEF software, it seems it's been lost... Borland doesn't know anything about it (WTF?), the companies that bought off Borland's software know nothing of it (Micro Focus), so I'm thinking I'm in the clear... I think we'll stick with the nBRIEF name for now.

Finally, I just want to pass a quick story about my experiences with IronKey. Last week, if any of you follow my twitter rantings (http://twitter.com/jacobjanzen or just @jacobjanzen), I had broken my Beta IronKey by not updating it. I subsequently lost my passwords (although I'd had a manual backup), and I just want to thank everyone at IronKey for their great support. Not only have they helped me fix my IronKey, they sent me another one, FOR FREE!!! Not only that, but there is a small issue I'm trying to help them repair, and their working on sending me YET ANOTHER FREE KEY!?!?!?! How sweet is that? What a great company! (These guys have a live twitter feed searching for IronKey in their break room!!!) I'm sorry I flamed them last week, please know that their customer service is second to none, and if you contact support, they are on top of it immediately! I aspire to provide customer service of the same level once we release nBRIEF.
